Breakfast/Brunch: Mountain Breakfast

Mountain Breakfast is a great brunch spot located on the Parkway just past the Salt & Pepper Shaker Museum and Roaring Fork Road. If you arrive early, order an omelette for breakfast. Choose from Meat Lover’s or Ham and Swiss. Both options come with a side of grits or breakfast potatoes. Want something sweet? The menu also has delicious “off the griddle” dishes. Get a stack of French toast, pancakes, or a Belgian waffle!
When it comes to lunch, you can never go wrong with a burger. Mountain Breakfast serves a Rocky Top Burger with two patties and a sunny-side-up egg along with other fixings. All burgers come with a side of French fries too!
Lunch: Reggae Jam Restaurant
Another one of the new restaurants in Gatlinburg is the Reggae Jam Restaurant. It is located off the beaten path beside Smoky Mountain Winery and Smoky Mountain Farms Jelly House. The menu features rich Caribbean cuisine for lunch or dinner. Their signature dish is the Jerk Chicken. This chicken is marinated in a blend of special spices and then cooked over pimento wood. The entree comes with two sides. Choose from Mac and Cheese, Sweet Plantains, and more! Other options to consider are the Hummingbird Sub and the Jerk Chicken Philly.
Dinner: Mexican Grill Raíz & Fuego

If you love Mexican food, head to Mexican Grill Raíz & Fuego, located next to Food City and across the road from Mama’s Chicken Kitchen. Get a plate of nachos for everyone to share as an appetizer. For your entree, go for a Chicken Fajita Burrito. It has chicken, beans, rice, Pico de Gallo, and more! The restaurant has excellent taco options as well. The Tacos de Camarón have grilled shrimp, mango, pineapple salsa, and habanero sauce.
Save room for one of the mouth-watering desserts. Finish on a sweet note with a churro or tres leches cake!
Dessert: Cobbler & Cream
Another way to satisfy your sweet tooth is by going to Cobbler & Cream. This is a Southern dessert bar on the Parkway between Chesapeake’s and Ole Red. Get a cup of the classic fruity and crumbly dessert with vanilla ice cream on top. The cobbler portion comes in many delicious flavors like blackberry, cherry, apple, and blueberry. The vanilla ice cream just makes it even better.
In addition to the staple dessert, visitors can also order regular ice cream, cookies, and coffee. Get a cup of hot cobbler to eat and some cookies to take back to your hotel or cabin. With all the options, everyone will be able to find something they like!
